Bishnu Nepali is a Project Coordinator with 19 years of experience leading community-based development initiatives and working closely with local communities, governments, and partner organizations.

Kumari Rupa Koirala is a Psychosocial Counselor and Learning Facilitator with 25 years of experience in community development and over nine years of experience in psychosocial care and counselling.

Nirmala Kafle is a Psychosocial Counselor and Learning Facilitator with 19 years of experience in advancing women's rights, promoting gender equality, providing psychosocial counseling, and facilitating capacity-building and learning programs.

Ekta Chitrakar is a Finance and Administration Officer with years of expertise in managing finance and administrative functions, supporting transparent, accountable, and efficient organizational operations.

Sumina Maharjan is a Public Health graduate currently serving as a Program Officer (Monitoring & Evaluation and Communication) to strengthen community interventions through monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic communication.

Priyanka Pokhrel is a Legal and Advocacy Officer, working at the intersection of gender justice, constitutional governance, and public policy. Her work centers on advancing feminist advocacy, strengthening women's political participation, and promoting inclusive legal and policy reforms.

Ruma Rijal is a Field Officer based in Morang and a journalist working closely with communities to amplify the voices of women and marginalized groups through advocacy, community action and storytelling.

Kamala KC is a Field Officer based in Rukum East, facilitating community engagement and advocacy initiatives that promote the rights and wellbeing of women and marginalized groups.

Kamala Chaudhary is an Associate Admin and Finance supporting financial management, administrative functions, and efficient organizational operations.
