"Human Rights Pathways for a New Social Contract: Analysis of selected content of core and other obligations under the right to health in Nepal"

Tarangini Foundation's recent report, "Human Rights Pathways for a New Social Contract:
Analysis of selected content of core and other obligations under the right to health in Nepal" - Grounded in feminist participatory action research (FPAR), it documents the lived health realities of four categories of women: marginalized women informal workers, including domestic, entertainment, and sex workers, as well as conflict-affected women.
By doing so, it highlights how stigma, labor precarity, and exclusion undermine their right to health. The report also outlines pathways for government action in order to center the rights of women in the shadows of our health system.
